Consider requesting a first-floor room to avoid climbing four flights of stairs, especially if you have heavy luggage.

lovely garden, clean rooms, efficient WiFi
Bed sagged like an old laundry bag!!! Cramped toilet setup presents a real challenge!!! Outdated carpets and odd wall décor make the atmosphere feel neglected!!! Cold water in the morning is just unacceptable!!!

absolutely loved the decor but was disappointed by a saggy bed that felt like an old laundry bag. also, no breakfast available despite it being advertised, what a letdown! i was almost ready to give a good review but just couldn't. i expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, yet nothing was offered at all.

Had a fun stay here with friends! We explored the beautiful grounds and enjoyed the cozy vibe. Perfect location for visiting Manchester and nearby attractions. The shared facilities were clean and had all we needed. The friendly atmosphere made it a great spot to relax after our adventures, including trying out local dining options nearby. Definitely recommend for group trips!
We experienced some annoying noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be good to bring earplugs just in case.
